Flowers: Bright yellow in full bloom in spring; cup shaped; grown in clusters
Attractive spiny leaves - plant away from walkways
Red to dark blue berries hanging in bunches
Attracts birds and butterflies; supports bats, caterpillars too
Companion Plants: Manzanita, Ceanothus, Bush Poppy, Gladderpod, Mountain Mahongany, Sages
